Is your company properly licensed and insured?

Talia First Class Limousines, Inc. is licensed by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) TCP 36349-A and we comply with all the insurance requirements. In addition, we are also licensed by the san Diego county regional airport authority (SAN ) & LAWA (Los Angeles World Airports) which allows us to pick up clients at LAX and other airports.

What is your cancellation policy?

Wine Tours and Special Events require a 5 Day cancellation notification prior to contracted start time.
Weddings, Proms and Quinceañeras require a 2 Week cancellation notification prior to contracted event date.
Airport Transfers require a 48 Hour cancellation notification prior to contracted start time.

Can Talia First Class Limousines, Inc. arrange transportation in another state or country?

Absolutely, we have connections with other Limousine companies throughout the country and the world. You tell us where you need to go and we will take care of the rest.

Do you charge a deposit?

We do not charge a deposit. However, when you make a reservation, we have a processing fee of $100 that is applied to your balance and is non refundable.
